I heard the most grain free digital I can recall coming from a MSB Platinum III Dac at the CES show. It was directly feeding MSB amps and on some prototype MSB speakers with 5" ceramic mid and diamond tweeter and unspeakbly poor woofer integration. Reading this I wonder how I thought I could hear through to the dac...but that was my conclusion. Steve
