Trinnov amplitude and impulse correction
The first top graph is what I could obtain using active crossovers for the amplitude and the second top moving the drivers back and forth for impulse response.
The after graph(bottom) shows what the Trinnov can do.
The third graph shows what it does for all 16 speakers and subwoofers. I think the reason the imaging and feeling of real space gotten is due to the Trinnov's ability to get even mediocre surround speakers to very closely match the parameters of the main horns.

Bill, I do not think the images make senses themselves as it is a strictly intellectual, and in a way irrelevant, commodity that has no relation with reality. In order to have it connect to reality it would be wonderful if you describe in details how your channels sound  at each step BEFORE they were perfectly aligned.
