I'm looking for more recordings of my favourite Bartok works.
These are the ones I got, in order of preference:

Piano Concertos #1 & #2:

Yefim Bronfman and Esa-Pekka Salonen + Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra (Sony)
Superb! Seems like these guys have a lot of love for this music.
Like one long and exciting ride, or one complete and wonderful musical monster.

Jeno Jando and Andras Ligeti + Budapest Symphony Orchestra (Naxos)
Less flow than the above. Some parts seem clearer and less confusing, but that might be because I'm more used to this recording.

Geza Anda and Ferenc Fricsay + Radio-Symphonie-Orchester Berlin (DG)
Elevator music? Weird Allegro Molto on #1.

Sonata for 2 pianos and percussion

Alfons and Aloys Kontarsky piano (DG)
Yummy!

Genivieve Joy and Jacqueline Robin piano (Concert Hall?)
Interesting. Lacks some weight and compared to the above. Less suggestive.

You like Bartok? What recordings do you recommend?
