The Effects of the "Atmosphere"
How about something that affects both us (people) and electricity: the Atmosphere? Anecdotally, I have had more bad electricity days (so dubbed because of bad or "dead" sound from playback) during hot weather than during cool or cold weather. I have also had more good electricity on rainy days (we rarely get lightning here the way folks do in other parts of this country...). Weather and atmosphere are inextricably bound together, and it is well known that people and electrical transmissions are physically affected by the weather.
