before knowing if it was achievable? As far as the result is concerned, one can work onto a result if knows it is attainable and the effort will yield a profit. I mean that for instance I may want to have full 20Hz-20Khz response in my room, but that's a result it's impossible to get right into it. So how were you able to anticipate the result and deciding it was attainable and the way to go was using those tubes, how and why did you decide to use one topology or another, or how did you decide to use more wire turns on the transformers? I suppose you got some part of the result by chance, but other important part has been the fruit of your ability to tweak "sound" and electrical responses to produce better musical result. It is that process or interaction between physics, electronics, sound and music what I find fascinating, and knowing how the result is driven and conditioned by the "electrons travel" would allow us to predict how to get the "result" from another amps. Wouldn't it?

Antonio
