I second the need to go beyond 19th century FT to describe musical events.
With all Romy's reservation (you can apply the same reasoning to
all other languages we use, e.g. that of musical expression itself)
I'd be very happy to see some new language
to talk about music reproduction.
Are you familiar with wavelets? Are they usefull here?
