Cello HI I have only heard the Cole for a short time, so it wouldn't be fair to compare, also I really can't say to what extent the LCR circuit contributes to the sound of the 1500, the Allnic is very dynamic, has high resolution and makes instruments sound more like instruments , I am using the head amp with it at the moment and it is super, really super, worth a listen and not high-end expensiveeeeeeeee.Rerurn to Romy the Cat's Site
