That Dylan album is called "Together through life" and is on Apple.
I had the name wrong, you need exact title/spelling to search Apple.
While I am doing this edit, I will mention that apple also has their own lossless codec, ALAC which may be more comparable to FLAC.
AAC is the standard "lossy" codec.
