I recently saw magnafied photos of my MC3000II cartridge motor that strongly indicate Steve Leung did not replace the cantilever damper like he told me he did. He also charged me substantially for this work. While I am glad that the cartridge's performance was restored (as reported) I am not OK with being lied to, and I am not OK with being charged for expensive repairs that were not actually done. Of course I no longer recommend VAS.
Steve can respond here if he likes, knowing I have photos to back up what I say.
