Just found this by accident. Had similar problems in my K-horn when i started to use it higher.
I found out that the 8 Liter prechamber caused the resonance in mine about an octave higher than you seem to have yours.
That would fit to your issue with 18 liter.
Try to load the dia directly onto the throat and ideally fill the dia space with sort of a phase plug. U can use any cone shape item that’s airtight and doesn’t ring.
You can also try to plug a 30-50 Ohm resistor serial and see if that changes anything (if your amp is strong enough to compensate).
