I think I will start with the first one (Falling in Love Is Wonderful). Such a pity that guy was able to suppress it's release for so long.
Leonard Cohen is amazing. His latest record ("Old Ideas") is my favorite. They did a much better job on the LP than the CD which they include with the LP.
