Well, unfortunately, or fortunately, Giulini with Vienna during this live 1988 performance have closed any imaginable interpretation of Bruckner 9. At least it is the way how I feel….
In Feb 13, 8PM, Herbert Blomstedt will be leading San Francisco Symphony with Bruckner 5. It will be live over WHRB. On the same WHRB on Feb 27, 7PM Benjamin Zander will be selling his upcoming Bruckner7 with Boston Philharmonic Orchestra Rerurn to Romy the Cat's Site
