I was under impression (and I am not kidding) that the purpose of life is to taste and to enjoy life’s irony. When you and I will die and the people who come after us will trash yours the more beloved records to dumpsters and will tell to themselves “Eventually we can get rid of this shit”. Than the life fill the whole purpose. I would not calculate how much time left to listen but I would enjoy annoying NOW those “people who come after” with very loud playback noise.
