A strange post. You asked specific recommendations but you provide nothing that would warrant any specificity. A 9mx8m room is good but it itself does not mean anything. Where are the doors and windows, what kind other architectural peripherals will it have, how the room will be used by playback, how the room is connected with the rest of the house, will it be a dedicated listening room or a family room with audio system in it? There are many other questions and the most important: where is your plan or sketch? There is no such a thing as 'ideal' ceiling height as the optimum ceiling height will be only in context of the rest room design you have in your mind. I think until you lay down all your options and details (the way how you envision them) nobody will be able to advise you anything worthy. Do not forget: when you describe your ideas then you have visualization of what you are thinking. No one has it and your questions arevery much like a question: what is the ultimate size of the tires for my car if I can go with any size tires? I do not mean to deny the importance of your question but do not think that anybody, at least I, will be able to say anything besides very generic comments like: taller ceiling will rise horns bass roll-off and will require more power from your amplification.
