Could anyone here get through the whole spiel? I found it rough going at first and then impossible once I saw the pictures of the product. The immediate sense I could not escape is that it is (at this point, anyway) more about a "total marketing plan" than it is a genuine assult on SOTA, and in the present context I do not feel the need to know anything about the amp's performance in order to say this. Perhaps it is even possible to get very good sound using these amps. But the idea as it is presented makes it seem to me more like "shooting for the moon". Has anyone checked Robb Report for their listing?
20W from a 300B? What? I missed that. Maybe I'll try again to read the blurb enough to see if they ever explain that. And now I wonder if this might also explain those "special tube sleeves"...
